Tapestry Farms
PROJECT
Tapestry Farms is a nonprofit urban farm system that honors the knowledge of and invests in refugees. They reconnect with and nourish under-utilized land so all in our community may be abundantly fed.
As a start-up nonprofit, HWD designed Tapestry Farms an easy-to-use website platform to help share their mission. The new website gave the organization the ability to expand and grow with options to add new features effortlessly when needed as well as integrate into their current systems.
